What Is The Power Of A Sunset
Science has shown that sunsets can help to reduce stress and boost life satisfaction. Psychological effects such as the use of colors, changes in intensity and position of light, influences on hormonal levels, physical effects including air pressure and wind. So next time you have a rough day, drive to your favorite spot and watch your worries fade away. It gives you a reason to go outside.
The Health Benefits Of a Great Sunset
Sunlight helps boost a chemical in your brain called serotonin, and that can give you more energy and help keep you calm, positive, and focused. Doctors sometimes treat seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and other types of depression linked to low levels of serotonin with natural or artificial light.
As per Dr. Bhavsar, 25-30 minutes of sun exposure in the morning (right after sunrise and before 8 am) & evening (at the time of sunset) can do wonders to your health.
Research has shown that sunsets are linked to feelings of satisfaction and a sense of relief from stress. They can act as a form of meditation and work to clear your mind so you don't have to be worried about everything else that's going on. Each sunset seems to have a different color & and pattern, and they can be as unique as any other image.
What’s The Best Camera For Taking A Sunset Photo?
The best camera for taking a sunset photo would be one that has a lot of megapixels. This is because the more megapixels you have, the better quality of your photo will be. You also want to make sure that your camera has a good zoom feature so that you can get up close and personal with the sun.
However, don’t let that stop you. I have a DSLR camera with a good lens and a tripod, but it isn’t a top of the line camera. So don’t let your camera stop you.
Note; not that you can’t get a really good iPhoto from standing up and taking a shot, but a tri-pod or selfie stick with a stand will help you get that once in a life time shot. Every day there’s a new sunset and the next day will never be the same as the one before.
Sunset is one of the most beautiful things that nature has to offer. It's a great time to get out and enjoy the beautiful colors while they're still there.
We can see the sun set in Florida anytime of the year. But, there is something special about watching it go down during the summer.
Where should I Go To See A Great Sunset?
There are many different places that one can watch the sunset in Florida. One of them is the beach. It's a great place to be because you can sit on the sand and watch as the sky turns from blue to orange and then to darkness.
Another great place to watch a sunset is from your own backyard or balcony. If you live in an apartment building, you might find that your view is obstructed by another building or a tree, but if you live in a house with a yard, then you'll have plenty of space for sitting outside and watching as the sky changes colors before it goes dark for good.
If you're looking for a true experience, take a trip to an area that’s directly related to the shoreline. There are plenty places to go. One of my favorite places is is Cedar Key.
Here Are My Favorite Places To See A Sunset
The Nature Coast is a very beautiful place to go and see a sunset. The best places to see a sunset in the Nature Coast are:
1. The Gulf of Mexico: This is the most popular place to go and see a sunset because it's close to the beach, but you can also enjoy many different types of wildlife.
2. Big Lagoon State Park: This park has an amazing view of the gulf and it's beautiful at night with all the stars.
3. Cedar Key: On the Gulf with plenty of spots along the shoreline to take all the photos you want. Some of my favorite pics are still from the sunsets at Cedar Key. Well worth the drive. As a side bar’ you’ll be near plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. What a great night, watch the sunset, go have a nice meal and destress. There are place along the town that offers you the experience of a great sunset, all in one place.
4. Hudson Beach: Lots of parking, the shoreline, and places to sit. There’s also a couple of outside restaurants and pavilions for your viewing pleasure.
I have found that anytime you are near a body of water, it makes it all the more exciting and beautiful.
Isn’t that the beauty of “ The Sunset”? It’s like a sunrise. There are no two of the same. When it comes to taking time out of our busy days to actually witness a sunset, it can be a huge challenge. Last week I planned to go to a new spot that I wanted to check out. I had three days, and my busy schedule got in the way.
Let me say this, make the time. Take a chair, a drink and go. The more you do this I guarantee that you will be less stressed, and much healthier for it in the long run.
I'm sorry if people make fun of me for taking pictures, but I'm hell-bent on capturing sunsets. Every time I hang out with friends and family, they tell me how annoying it is.
See Ya Out There!
